Came in atthe end of the day on Sunday. Kiera took care of me and did a wonderful job. I've been getting compliments on my haircut all week. Asked about a hair regrowth product and took her recommendation and cant wait to see what comes of it.

Oh my goodness. There isn’t enough I can say. The atmosphere is phenomenal. It’s always clean and pristine. However, the one thing that will ALWAYS bring us back, is Kiera. She is phenomenal. My son has autism and has always struggled with haircuts to a point that they become traumatic events for him. Our first time in she worked at his pace. Did a scissor cut and followed him all around the salon to cut wherever he’d allow her to and never once made it feel like it was an inconvenience to her. Second time we went in, same situation. She worked on building trust with him and was so kind. We hadn’t been in for a while because he started regressing with his fears so he was getting quick cuts at home. Well, we decided to come back. He said he wanted to be brave so we came in to see if we could be seen. Kiera IMMEDIATELY recognized us and made my son feel so welcome. She let him know when there would be loud noises while she worked with another client and let him watch from the lobby without drawing extra attention to him. When it was his turn she made sure he knew he was 100% in control and that she would stop anytime he needed. She made it fun, but not overwhelming. She did her absolute best to keep him feeling safe, secure, and happy and it worked! For the first time in his life he was able to sit, in the chair, and get his hair cut. Not just with scissors, but with clippers(his biggest fear)!!! Kiera, you are phenomenal. You made my son feel safe in a place that would usually terrify him. Thank you for never making it feel like it’s a burden to cut his hair and to give him extra time to be comfortable. I’ll never be able to express my gratitude enough. As long as you’re working here we will always come back to you!
